"I hadn't used the word 'unbelievable' for a long time. Learning to play polo was one of the best sporting experiences of my life. The whole 'ensemble' was amazing. The tuition was fantastic and i have to say that Steve was very patient. I worried when he said to me, 'forget everything you know about riding a horse'. I have 3 horses and have riden all my life!!! 'Old habits die hard' I responded. I was amazed by how well trained their polo ponies were. They were so responsive to every command. When I connected with the ball first time around, I was shocked. Then I connected straight away in a canter too. I think Steve was more amazed than me by this stage. I did not want to get off the horse after the hours tuition. I would have stayed there all day. I said to my friends at the end of the holiday that I would only ever come back to Dubai to play polo. It made the whole holiday worthwhile."
